The Women’s Empowerment nine-week, job-readiness program is open to women over the age of 18 who are homeless, recently homeless, or at risk of becoming homeless.
Orientation is a requirement for acceptance to the program.

In an effort to fight the spread of COVID-19 and follow directives set forth by Sacramento County health officials, in-person program orientations are postponed for the time being. With the situation changing daily, we are adjusting our schedule and services and will release alternative orientation plans as soon as they are determined. Our mission throughout this crisis is to continue to be a trusted resource and provide comprehensive services for women and children experiencing homelessness.
If you would like to stay informed about orientation information, enrollment, and resources available please email Yara our Program Services Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are looking for assistance developing personal strengths and job seeking skills but are unsure if our program is a good fit for you, please come to an orientation! And, if you have children, please note that we provide on-site childcare for them in our Child Development Center.
If you have any questions, you can speak with a Women’s Empowerment representative at 916.669.2307 for more information.
