Mutual Housing has a new affordable housing complex for Seniors and their families opening up this spring. If you are interested in applying, you must fill out an online application between January 3, 2022 and January 18th, 2022.

Basic Eligibility Requirements:

• The head of household must be 62 years of age or older at the time of application.
• All applicants must be income eligible according to the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Program.
• To be entered in the lottery, applicants must complete the online application during the advertised lottery application period.
• Please note that submitting an application through the lottery does not guarantee a unit or a spot on the waiting list.
